As part of my home server setup, I wanted a 10-inch network rack that was both aesthetic and discreet, yet capable of housing my network equipment. I decided to design a top-mounted network rack that could be 3D printed and easily assembled
Modeling
The modeling of the rack in Fusion 360 was a particularly interesting process, following the standard dimensions of 10-inch racks, while also deciding to make my design as parametric as possible to allow for additional units if necessary.
